When: Villanyian (3.2 - 2.6 Ma)
• Gauss epoch, Late Pliocene, MN16, Villanyian. There are two localities - Hajnacka I and II, one to the north and one to the south of Hajnacka village. This is the one to the south.
Environment/lithology: lacustrine; tuff
Collection methods: This material is in the Geologischen Instituts, Prague. Excavated by Kormos and published in 1915. The vertebrate fauna was found in a level characterised by 'Koniferenzapfen' (pine sap/amber) and limonite (limonitischen) concretions.
