• The name Zallah Formation was proposed to include the units Tmed El Ksour and Graret ek Jifa members of the Wadi Tamet Formation in Burollet. The Zella Series comprises from bottom to top: 1) MARLS AND SANDSTONES WITH GYPSUM INTERCALATIONS; 2) sandy marls, green glauconitic marls; 3) sandy marls, brecciated, red with phosphatic nodules, and calcareous marl conglomerates; 5) basalts.
