• STRATIGRAPHIC RELATIONS: From an undifferentiated lithostratigraphic unit. AGE: Late Pleistocene, on the basis of stratigraphic position. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: A composite from several beds within the section of drill core of 100-200 ft.

Environment/lithology: unlithified, shelly/skeletal sandstone

• ENVIRONMENT: Carbonate facies. Shallow water. No paleoenvironmental data presented.
• SPECIFIC LITHOLOGY: Sand, uncemented; made up largely of beach-type foraminifera, mixed with fragments of larger forms, including corals, echinoids, crustacean, and segments of calcareous algae. LITHIFICATION: Unlithified, on the basis facies description and figured specimens.
