Environment/lithology: "channel"; concretionary, ferruginous, micaceous, blue, argillaceous sandstone

• "ochre and gray argillaceous sandstones, micaceous, with nodules of ferruginous concretions and some isolated valves of Ceratostreon. Locally acquires intense colors of violet and ochre."
