When: Lower Member (Shishugou Formation), Callovian (166.1 - 163.5 Ma)

• found in upper 30 m of formation; lower part of Shishugou = Wuciawan of some workers

• bed-level stratigraphic resolution

Environment/lithology: terrestrial; red sandstone

• unit composed of "reddish sandstones, a few of which show ripple marked surfaces."
