Environment/lithology: "floodplain"; gypsiferous, red, argillaceous siltstone and fine-grained, medium sandstone

• "a floodplain with fluvial channels", with some euryhaline intervals
• "variegated to dark red argillaceous silt, some horizons of which are full of diagenetically formed gypsum and with occasional thin intercalations of fine- to medium-grained crossbedded sandstone."
