Previous estimates from minimum age of the Pabellon Formation are Late arremian to Aptian based on corals and bivalves (Tavera, 1956) and late Barremian based on presence of Agria blumenbachi (Corvalan, 1974). STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: From uppermost part of the Parabellon Fm.
