Environment/lithology: open shallow subtidal; lithified wackestone and lithified grainstone

• high-energy, shallow open platform, punctuated by storm events, at the beginning of the Late Tremadoc-Early Arenig transgression
• medium- to thick-bedded burrowed wackestones interbedded with lithoclastic and bioclastic grainstones and packstones

Size class: macrofossils

Preservation: replaced with silica
