• Kerber et al. 2016: Absolute ages from this locality include 14C on charcoal (10,020 ^ 290 years BP) and AMS on human teeth (12,170 ^ 40 years BP, 15,245 – 14,690 calibrated years) (Guidon et al. 2000; Peyre et al. 2009). Some datings by thermoluminescence and OSL were carried out, but they showed conflicting results (Felice 2006). More details from the Toca do Gordo do Garrincho site are available in Peyre et al.
