• STRATIGRAPHIC RELATIONS: From Khari Nadi Fm, which unconformably overlies the Maniyara Fort Fm (Oligocene) and is conformably overlain by the Kharinadi Fm (Burdigalian). AGE: Aquitanian (Early Miocene). Biostratigraphic assignment based on larger foraminifera (see Biswas, 1992). STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: From ocherous limestone horizon, from unknown position within formation.
