• The beds from which vertebrates come are correlated with the Tapinocephalus Assemblage Zone (Karroo) and the Isheevo Complex (Russia), which are Capitanian or Wordian to Capitanian in age (Cisneros et al. 2005, fig. 6; Tsuji & Müller, 2008, Can.
