• STRATIGRAPHIC RELATIONS: From the Belle Glade Mbr of the Bermont Fm, which overlies the Holey Land Mbr. Correlative with the Flanners Beach Fm (North and South Carolina). THICKNESS: Varies between 1 and 10 m across areal extent. AGE: Middle Pleistocene. Based on uranium isotope dating the unit is dated as late middle Pleistocene, Yarmouthian. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: Checklist representative of entire member.

Environment/lithology: shallow subtidal; unlithified, fine-grained, shelly/skeletal, calcareous sandstone

• ENVIRONMENT: Shallow subtidal carbonate; shallow carbonate banks, turtle grass beds, shallow sand-bottom lagoons.
• SPECIFIC LITHOLOGY: Fine particulate calcarenites with variable amounts of quartz sand and scattered coral and molluscan bioclasts. LITHIFICATION: Unlithified, based on figured specimens.
