• STRATIGRAPHIC RELATIONS: From the Catalina Mbr of the Trepassey Fm of the St John's Gp, which overlies the Murphy's Cove Mbr (Ediacaran; Mistaken Point Fm) and is overlain by the Port Union Mbr, Fermeuse Fm (Ediacaran; St John's Gp). THICKNESS: From individual bed within c. 75 m thick regional section of the formation. AGE: Ediacaran on the basis of trace and form fossil biostratigraphy. From unit above horizon dated as 565.3 my by Dunning in Benus (1988). STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: From lower part of member, above Loc. 20.
