• there are two members: lower is sandstone dominated and upper is mudstone dominated. both are siliclastic and have trace fossils.

• Collection consists of two species of fauna from the Sirius Passet fauna. The fossils are preserved as central mineralization of original calcite and replacement of outer portions with clay minerals.
