• LITHOSTRATIGRAPHY: From the Choro Mbr of the Mujarún Fm, which is locally overlain by the Romirón Fm (Coniacian), and is overlies the Yumagual Fm (Albian-Cenomanian). AGE: Late Cenomanian, on the basis of bivalve and ammonoid biostratigraphy; Exogyra ponderosa zone. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: Collection from 194 m thick limestone unit, near the middle of the section.
