• SPECIFIC LITHOLOGY: Varicolored, ill-sorted, fine-grained sandstone yielding cobble- to boulder-sized nodules; these nodules consist of calcareous gray fine-grained sandstone with a large amount of stems of crinoids and carbonized plant fragments. LITHIFICATION: Lithified, on the basis of figured specimens.
