Collection methods: The material studied is from collections in the Swedish Museum of Natural History, Stockholm (SMNH); the Geological Survey of Sweden, Uppsala; the Department of Historical Geology and Paleontology, University of Lund; the private collecitons of Jan Johansson, Skillersta and Karlsson, Hjalmsater, and Jensen's own field work. Since the individual specimen counts for the previosuly listed collections are not given, the collections are grouped according to locality.
