Type specimen: ZMNH M9032, a partial skull (e A nearly complete skull with associated lower jaws). Its type locality is Haoping Village, which is in a Maastrichtian terrestrial horizon in the Qiupa Formation of China.
Ecology: scansorial carnivore-durophage
Distribution: found only at Haoping Village
