Type specimen: GIUS 4−1136 Jaź−31, a shell. Its type locality is Jazwica Quarry (Lgawa Hill), Dyminy Reef, Set K1 (lower beds)., which is in a Frasnian slope limestone in the Kowala Formation of Poland.

Ecology: epifaunal detritivore

Distribution:

• Devonian of Poland (2 collections)
