Type specimen: USNM 116543. Its type locality is Loc. 1. Tumbling Run, 2 miles southwest of Strasburg, which is in a Blackriveran carbonate limestone in the Lincolnshire Limestone Formation of Virginia.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Chazyan of Canada (7: Northwest Territories)

• Ordovician of Canada (1: Northwest Territories), United States (1: Virginia)

Total: 12 collections each including a single occurrence
