Type specimen: DEPUB TCH-3 278, a tooth (M1 sup. dext.). Its type locality is Tollo de Chiclana 3, which is in a MN 16 terrestrial horizon in Spain.

Ecology: ground dwelling omnivore

Distribution: found only at Tollo de Chiclana 3
