Sister taxa: Nordospira hennigsmoeni, Nordospira yochelsoni
Type specimen: USNM 136551, a shell. Its type locality is USGS 13215-PC, Kilingwa River Valley, which is in a Chokierian carbonate limestone in the Nuka Formation of Alaska.
Ecology: epifaunal detritivore
Distribution: found only at USGS 13215-PC, Kilingwa River Valley
