Type specimen: AMNH 25227. Its type locality is USNM705a, Hess Ranch, Glass Mountains, which is in a Kungurian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Skinner Ranch Formation of Texas.

Ecology: stationary intermediate-level epifaunal suspension feeder

Distribution:

• Permian of United States (21: New Mexico, Texas collections)

Total: 21 collections each including a single occurrence
