Type specimen: OGC F13, a valve (Ventral valve). Its type locality is Bap, western Rajasthan, which is in a Sakmarian marine siliciclastic in the Bap Formation of India.
Ecology: stationary low-level epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at Bap, western Rajasthan
