Type specimen: Its type locality is Ancient Wall Reef Complex, Mt. Haultain, upper Flume Member, which is in a Frasnian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Cairn Formation of Canada.

• Devonian of Canada (3: Alberta collections)
