Type specimen: BMNH C.47391, a shell. Its type locality is Wadatta, near Makurdi, which is in a Turonian carbonate limestone in the Mungo River Formation of Nigeria.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution:

• Cretaceous of Cameroon (1 collection), Nigeria (1), Venezuela (1)
