Sister taxa: Jereina ramosa, Jereina robusta
Type specimen: PU 78875. Its type locality is PU20g, Apache Canyon, Sierra Diablo, which is in a Kungurian slope limestone in the Bone Spring Formation of Texas.
Ecology: stationary epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution:
• Permian of United States (5: Texas collections)
Total: 5 collections each including a single occurrence
