Type specimen: Mor II 28'03, a tooth (left m/2). Its type locality is Moroto II (UPE collections), which is in a Miocene/Miocene fluvial mudstone/siltstone in Uganda.

Ecology: arboreal omnivore

Distribution: found only at Moroto II (UPE collections)
