Type specimen: NMS G1993.54.1, a set of postcrania. Its type locality is Cheese Bay Shrimp Bed, which is in an Asbian carbonate dolomite/lime mudstone in the Gullane Formation of the United Kingdom.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Cheese Bay Shrimp Bed
