Type specimen: DVGU No 3M 26G/552. Its type locality is Bolshie Churki Range, Quarry at 94 km along Birobidzhan-Leninskoy Route, which is in a Capitanian carbonate limestone in the Osakhta Formation of the Russian Federation.
