Sister taxa: Zhijinites longistriatus, Zhijinites lubricus, Zhijinites panduriformis, Kaiyangites novilis, Kaiyangites jiangshanensis

Type specimen: Xinjiang Institute of Geology 03109, a shell. Its type locality is Aksu-Wushi, which is in a Meishucunian marine limestone in the Yurtus Formation of China.

Ecology: slow-moving low-level epifaunal detritivore

Distribution:

• Cambrian of China (7 collections)

Total: 7 collections each including a single occurrence
