Type specimen: University of Alberta Geological Museum Ct. 557, a shell. Its type locality is Murray River (East Pine) [Kaskapu Fm], which is in a Turonian/Coniacian marine shale in the Kaskapau Formation of Canada.

Ecology: facultatively mobile infaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Cretaceous of Canada (3: British Columbia collections)

Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
