- Thrinaxodon liorhinus: BMNH R 511, a skull (complete skull with lower jaw). Its type locality is Thaba Nchu Commonage, Lystrosaurus Assemblage Zone, which is in an Induan/Olenekian terrestrial horizon in South Africa.
- Ictidopsis elegans:
- Ictidopsis formosa: Its type locality is B19, below and west of Kingori, which is in a Wuchiapingian terrestrial horizon in the Usili Formation of Tanzania.
- Micrictodon marionae: Its type locality is Harrismith Commonage, which is in an Induan/Olenekian terrestrial horizon in the Normandien Formation of South Africa.
- Notictosaurus luckhoffi: Its type locality is Wapadsberg Area (Lystrosaurus Assemblage Zone), which is in an Induan/Olenekian terrestrial horizon in South Africa.
- Nythosaurus larvatus: Its type locality is East side of Commissie Drift, Caledon River, Smithfield, which is in an Induan/Olenekian terrestrial siliciclastic in South Africa.
- Thrinaxodon putterilli: Its type locality is Harrismith Commonage, which is in an Induan/Olenekian terrestrial horizon in the Normandien Formation of South Africa.
