Sister taxon: Adkinsia bosquensis
Type specimen: UT-17388, a shell. Its type locality is 29th St and Shoal Creek [Buda Limestone], which is in a Cenomanian marine limestone in the Buda Limestone Formation of Texas.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at 29th St and Shoal Creek [Buda Limestone]
