Type specimen: RHF 856 to 861 (syntypes), a shell. Its type locality is Mud Springs Mountain (Victorio Fm.), which is in a Demingian shallow subtidal lime mudstone in the Victorio Formation of New Mexico.
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore
Distribution:
• Ordovician of United States (2: New Mexico collections)
