Type specimen: CAS 60375, a shell. Its type locality is CASG Loc. 58335 - Isla Payardi [middle Gatun Fm], which is in a Tortonian marine sandstone in the Gatun Formation of Panama.
Ecology: epifaunal carnivore
Distribution: found only at CASG Loc. 58335 - Isla Payardi [middle Gatun Fm]
