Type specimen: YPM-PU 17035, a mandible (right dentary). Its type locality is Medicine Rocks Site 1, which is in a Torrejonian terrestrial sandstone in the Fort Union Formation of Montana.

Distribution: found only at Medicine Rocks Site 1
