Type specimen: GSC 96976, a valve (Ventral valve). Its type locality is JBW109, Ettrain Creek, which is in a Sakmarian marine sandstone in the Jungle Creek Formation of Canada.

• Permian of Canada (3: Yukon collections), the Russian Federation (1)
