Type specimen: Holotype BYU 1153, paratype is BYU 1154, Department of Geology, Brigham Young University,Utah. Its type locality is Archaeophiomusium bispinosum type locality, which is in an Artinskian marine limestone in the Pequop Formation of Nevada.

Ecology: epifaunal carnivore-detritivore

Distribution: found only at Archaeophiomusium bispinosum type locality
