Type specimen: P6M2277, a carapace. Its type locality is Bulla section BU7A, Bulla Member, Ortisei, which is in a Changhsingian open shallow subtidal packstone/grainstone in the Bellerophon Formation of Italy.

Ecology: epifaunal detritivore-grazer
