Belongs to Calcancora according to M. Reich and F. Wiese 2010
Sister taxa: Calcancora kistnai, Calcancora mississippiensis
Type specimen: Holotype GZG.INV.10014,Paratype GZG.INV.10020. Its type locality is abandoned quarry, Kepa, Lubin, Isle Wolin, which is in a Turonian deep subtidal wackestone/chert in Poland.
Ecology: epifaunal detritivore
Distribution: found only at abandoned quarry, Kepa, Lubin, Isle Wolin
