Type specimen: Its type locality is KK10, Wadi al Furayshah, which is in an Oxfordian shallow subtidal limestone in the Hanifa Formation of Saudi Arabia
Ecology: stationary low-level epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at KK10, Wadi al Furayshah
