Type specimen: Its type locality is 64p. Cliff on southeast side of Mons glacier, above head of Glacier Lake Canyon, which is in a Skullrockian carbonate limestone in the Survey Peak Formation of Canada.

• Ordovician of Canada (2: Alberta, British Columbia collections), United States (1: Utah)

• Skullrockian of Canada (1: Alberta)
