Type specimen: NMVP 120238. Its type locality is Nuapin Village, Locality 45, Noil Tunsip Valley, which is in a Wuchiapingian coastal sandstone in the Maubisse Formation of Indonesia.

Distribution: found only at Nuapin Village, Locality 45, Noil Tunsip Valley
