Type specimen: AMNH 29045. Its type locality is H.S. Lee Mine No. 8, Kinta Valley near Kampar, which is in a Kungurian shallow subtidal limestone in the H.S. Lee Formation of Malaysia.

Ecology: epifaunal detritivore

Distribution:
