Type specimen: SMF VI 853, an exoskeleton (Male complete body). Its type locality is Crato (SMF collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large carbonate in the Crato Formation of Brazil.
Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore
Distribution: found only at Crato (SMF collection)
