Type specimen: SMNS 63648, an exoskeleton (Thorax fragment with attached wings). Its type locality is Crato (SMNS collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large carbonate in the Crato Formation of Brazil.

Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore

Distribution: found only at Crato (SMNS collection)
