Type specimen: PU N 2/396, an exoskeleton (Almost complete body wth wings semi-outspread). Its type locality is Chekarda, Sylva River (PU collection 2), which is in a Kungurian deltaic siliciclastic in the Koshelevka Formation of the Russian Federation.
