Belongs to Isoteloides according to R. A. Fortey 1979
Sister taxa: Isoteloides canalis, Isoteloides flexus, Isoteloides polaris, Isoteloides saxosimontis
Type specimen: GSC 56799, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Catoche Formation type section, which is in a Cassinian open shallow subtidal limestone/dolomite in the Catoche Formation of Canada.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
