Type specimen: NHM I.11955, a tegmen (male tegmen). Its type locality is Durlston Bay, Middle Purbeck, Swanage (Brodie collection), which is in a Berriasian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Durlston Formation of the United Kingdom.

Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Durlston Bay, Middle Purbeck, Swanage (Brodie collection)
